Our client is a fast growing company based in Petersfield who is looking for an Accounts Assistant. The candidate must be methodical and organised and able to work within a team. A minimum of 2 years experience is required and the successful applicant will have AAT level 2 or 3. A flexible attitude is a must as this is a new position which is expected to grow rapidly. Main Duties - 50% of time on purchase ledger invoicing - coding and posting into SAGE. Approximately 25-30 invoices a day. - Preparing cheque runs - Reviewing the purchase ledger and aged creditors report and dealing with suppliers'' queries - Nominal ledger reconciliation The company is expanding rapidly and the successful candidate must have a flexible approach to growth within the company. The position is in Petersfield and transport will be necessary. 25 days holiday parking
