Retail Advisor ? Up to ?21k OTE dependant on performance and location. As a Vodafone Retail Advisor, we?ll expect you to know our products inside out to ensure you choose the right product for our customers needs. You?ll need an interest in, and an aptitude for technical products. Previous customer services/sales exposure may be an advantage but is not essential. Working to targets is still a must, beating weekly and monthly key performance indicators. You?ll also need to keep on top of daily paperwork, count stock, and keep the store impeccably presented at all times. Your managers will make sure that you get all the training you need, on products, policies and procedures, and they?ll feed-back regularly on how you?re doing to develop your skills.
