THE ROLE: ?To ensure that you are able to converse confidently and knowledgeably on any aspect of Outdoor. ?To ensure that our client is represented regularly + professionally amongst your roster of advertising agencies and specialists through face to face meetings, and presenting regularly on both a group and individual level. ?To increase the number of clients in your roster of agencies. To increase the level of expenditure on products as a percentage of their total billings. ?In conjunction with your Sales Group Head, develop a business plan for each of your advertising agencies to be reviewed on an annual basis. These business plans will be one of the criteria by which your success of you will be measured. ?To have and maintain a high profile within your allocated agencies and specialists. ?To act upon competitive activity provided as and when directed. ?To provide your Sales Group Head with accurate and timely revenue forecasts for your roster of advertising agencies. THE CANDIDATE: As an already highly accomplished sales professional, with previous FIELD / REMOTE SALES MANAGER AND OUTDOOR ADVERTISING SALES experience, you will be exceptionally motivated, proactive and able to present, sell and communicate with individuals and groups at all levels. Ideally you will have a proven track record of success in a similar role. *IN ADDITION, AS FIELD / REMOTE SALES MANAGER AND OUTDOOR ADVERTISING SALES, YOU MUST* *BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE EFFECTIVE SALES TECHNIQUES AND PRESENTATION SKILLS* *SHOW CLIENT FOCUSED COMPETENCE WITH THE ABILITY TO INFLUENCE AND GAIN COMMITMENT FOR ADVERTISING* THE REWARD: In return you can expect a highly competitive base salary and an extremely lucrative commission structure which is uncapped.
