Home manager required for 30 bed care home in North Devon, near Barnstaple. Service users are elderly, mental health. Home manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and efficient functioning of professional care for the residents, and will be closely involved in the business success of the care home. Home manager will set and achieve high standards and objectives, constantly raising the quality of care provision, liaising with a wide range of sponsors and stakeholders, including residents' families, and optimising resident occupancy levels. The ideal candidate will be qualified with NVQ 4 and RMA and registered as a RMN. Management experience in a mental health setting is necessary and a sound knowledge of the National Care Standards Act 2000 as well as CSCI and its requirements. The successful candidate will be an inspirational team leader and manager, commercially aware with excellent communication skills. Basic hours per week are 37.5. Depending on qualifications and experience, annual salary will be between ?31,00 and ?35,000 plus bonus. Please ensure that you submit your full, up-to-date CV.
